My amazing technological abilities

I have a theory that I would be better off in a world without technology. Not because I am not fond of it (we all know how much time I spend on facebook chat when I should be studying) but just because of my ability to NOT BE ABLE TO WORK IT

Its very upsetting... no matter how much I try, technology always outsmarts me. Well not neccesarily outsmarts, just confuses me so much that I give up. Take Skype for example... after Kate, Mallori and Elyse all told me to get it I decided to download it. I mean what the heck, its free and it would idle away a good bit more of my study time (actually studying is out of the question of course)

So I download it and go to add Kate to my contact list... but of course, before I can do that I have to test call the skype computer. Why I do not know, maybe its lonely and wants someone to talk to... So my heart goes out to the poor lonely skype computer and I try to click call... Does this work? No. Am I confused? Yes! After looking at the screen with a confused expression for a while I gave up. Who knows, maybe skype will magically start working later...

Ditto for trying to set up a link on this. I give it 8 out of 10 on the confusion front. After Flopsy informed me he had put a link to my blog on his, I decided to return the favour... even though he gave me step by step instructions on how to (because lets face it, if I had to figure it out myself I would have been there all year) it still took me about 10 minutes, and at least two attempts to do it...

In fairness, I will admit that sometimes the technological confusion is just me being grassy and not the fault of the innocent piece of technology involved... for example once I pointed at a picture of something and said 'wow, that is a funny looking tv'

it was a microwave.

I take full responsibility for that, that is clearly just me being an idiot...
